Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love your new air fryer. If something isn’t right, Olivaro Courtyard keeps returns straightforward — here’s exactly how it works.

Our 10-day return window

You have 7 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. Reach out within that window and we’ll guide you through the rest.

What can be returned

To be eligible, the item should be unused, in its original box with all accessories, manuals and packaging intact and in resaleable condition. We’re unable to accept items that have been used, washed or installed, items damaged after delivery or requests made after the 10-day window.

Arrived damaged, faulty or wrong?

If your air fryer turns up damaged, defective or not what you ordered, that’s on us. Email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, an unedited video of the box being opened and a couple of photos of the damage — filming the unboxing before you lift the fryer out is what lets us approve a swap immediately and we’ll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.

How to start a return

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We’ll confirm whether your item qualifies and share return instructions.
  3. For approved returns we arrange a pickup where the location is serviceable or share a return address.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we process your refund.

Refunds — how and when

Approved refunds go back to your original payment source — your UPI ID or bank account — and usually reflect within 5–7 working days of us receiving the returned item. For Cash on Delivery orders, we’ll collect your UPI or bank details to send the refund. There’s no restocking fee.

Exchanges

Prefer a different model instead of a refund? Tell us when you start your return and we’ll help you swap it, subject to availability and any price difference.

Cancellations

Changed your mind before dispatch? You can cancel any time before your order ships — usually within the 1–2 day processing window — for a full refund. Just email us.
