Shipping Policy

Thanks for shopping with Olivaro Courtyard. This page explains, in plain language, how we pack, dispatch and deliver your air fryer — and what to expect once your order is on its way. We keep it simple so there are no surprises.

Where we deliver

We currently ship right across India. At the moment we don’t offer international delivery — every order stays within the country, handled by trusted domestic courier partners.

Getting your order ready

Once your order is confirmed, our team prepares it within 1–2 working days. We check each unit, cushion it with protective packaging so it travels safely and hand it to the courier. You’ll hear from us the moment it leaves our facility.

Delivery timeframe

  • Metro cities: usually 3–5 working days after dispatch.
  • Other cities & towns: usually 5–8 working days after dispatch.

These are typical windows rather than fixed guarantees — festivals, weather or remote pin codes can add a day or two. If anything slips, we’ll keep you posted.

Shipping charges

Free shipping on orders of ₹4,999 and above; a flat ₹99 applies below that. Your exact shipping cost, if any, is always shown at checkout before you pay, so you decide with the full picture.

Tracking your order

As soon as your parcel ships we’ll share a tracking link, so you can follow it right to your door. If tracking hasn’t moved for a couple of days, just email us and we’ll chase it up for you.

Delivery attempts & address details

Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout — accurate details help your order arrive first time. If a delivery fails because nobody’s available or the address is incomplete, the courier will usually try again. Orders returned to us after repeated failed attempts can be re-shipped once the details are confirmed.

Damaged in transit

We pack carefully, but if your air fryer arrives with visible transit damage, email us within 48 hours with a photo and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund quickly — the full steps are in our Refund & Returns Policy.
