Do I really need oil in an air fryer?
A light spray or brush is enough for most foods — an air fryer circulates hot air to crisp with a fraction of the oil of deep-frying. Many frozen snacks need none at all.
Basket or oven — which should I buy?
Baskets are compact, pre-heat fast and are easy to clean — great for two to four. Ovens roast, bake and dehydrate on multiple racks, so they suit a family or batch cooking. Each product page states the capacity plainly.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI (prepaid) and Cash on Delivery (COD). We do not take cards or PayPal — pay whichever way you trust, securely.
How long will delivery take?
Free shipping on orders of ₹4,999 and above; a flat ₹99 applies below that. Orders are packed shock-safe and dispatched from Mumbai, with tracking sent by email & SMS the moment they ship.
Can I return an air fryer?
Yes — you have 7 days from delivery to return an unused unit in its original box with all accessories. Open-box inspection on delivery is fine; just reach out to start a return.
What if it arrives damaged or faulty?
Tell us within 48 hours with photos or a short unboxing video. We’ll arrange a free replacement or return — no runaround.
Are the parts dishwasher-safe?
It depends on the model — most baskets and trays are non-stick and dishwasher-safe, and each product page lists exactly what can go in the dishwasher.
