Privacy Policy
Your trust matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains what Olivaro Courtyard collects when you shop with us, why we collect it and the choices you have. It follows India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
What we collect
- Contact details — your name, delivery address, email and phone number, so we can process and deliver your order.
- Payment information — the UPI ID or bank account details used for a transaction or refund. We never see or store any PINs or passwords.
- Order history — what you bought and when, to help with support and any damage-on-arrival claims.
- Site usage — basic technical data such as device and browser type, gathered through cookies to keep the site working well.
How we use it
We use your details only to fulfil and deliver orders, process payments and refunds, answer your questions, prevent fraud and — where you’ve agreed — send occasional updates. We don’t sell your personal data to anyone.
Who we share it with
We share the minimum necessary with the partners who help us serve you: courier companies to deliver your parcel and payment providers to process UPI and Cash on Delivery securely. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Cookies
Our site uses cookies to remember your cart and improve your experience. You can control or clear cookies through your browser settings at any time.
Keeping your data safe
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including secure connections, to protect your information and limit who can access it. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to guard your data.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information or withdraw consent for marketing, at any time — just email [email protected] and we’ll act on your request.
Grievance Officer
If you have a concern about how your data is handled, contact our Grievance Officer at [email protected]. We acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 15 days, as required under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
