Olivaro Courtyard is an online retailer of air fryers and related kitchen appliances, serving customers across India. You agree to use our site lawfully and to give accurate information when you place an order.

Products, descriptions & pricing

We describe our products as accurately as we can, though slight variations in colour or finish can appear on screen. All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We may update prices or details at any time; the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.

Orders & acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm receipt by email and a contract forms once we accept and dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurs — and if we do, we refund you in full.

Payment

We accept UPI and Cash on Delivery. We don’t accept cards or international payment methods. UPI payments are handled by secure, regulated payment partners.

Intellectual property

The content on this site — text, images, logo and design — belongs to Olivaro Courtyard and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

We take care to run our store well, but to the extent permitted by law, Olivaro Courtyard is not liable for indirect or incidental losses beyond the value of the order concerned. Please always follow the usage and safety instructions included with your appliance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
