The small-kitchen test.
We hand-pick air fryers that earn their place on a real countertop — honest specs, honest prices, and nothing we wouldn’t cook on ourselves.
It began on a crowded counter
Olivaro Courtyard started in a small Mumbai kitchen, where counter space is the real currency. Lakshya Puri wanted one honest air fryer — and found a market full of the opposite: tiny baskets sold as “family size”, imported ovens with specs buried in fine print, and prices that swung wildly for the same machine.
So the shopping turned into a habit of testing: which baskets pre-heat fast, which ovens really fit a full tray, which drawers are a pain to clean, and which models actually hold up past the honeymoon week.
That short list is now online for kitchens across India — baskets for two, ovens for a crowd — described in plain specs and shipped with Flat ₹99 · free over ₹4,999. No showroom, no pressure: just the machines that passed the test.
Make a good air fryer easy to choose.
Cut through the “family size” guesswork and the mystery pricing — so every home cook in India can pick the right-sized air fryer with confidence, and get cooking the same week.
